Vivo latest flagship camera centric smartphone Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 launched in Indian market on 26th April. Both the handsets are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, 120W fast charging support, an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 32MP selfie shooter. The camera-focused Vivo X90 flagships come with Zeiss optics, the Pro model packed with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor and come with Vivo’s V2 chip for image processing.

Vivo X90 Pro specifications

The dual SIM (Nano) Vivo X90 Pro is powered by an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC, coupled with Vivo’s V2 chip and G715 GPU, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. It is runs on Android 13 which is based FunTouch OS out of the box. It is confirmed to receive three years of Android and security updates.

The smartphones sports a 6.78-inch (1,260x 2,800 pixels) AMOLED 2K 3D curved display with 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 452 PPI, 2160Hz PWM, HDR10+, 300Hz touch sampling rate. It also comes with a 3 Level Eye Protection that is claimed to monitor the proportion of blue light on screen and reduce it.

Now comes to main highlights, the device packed with triple rear cameras with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX 989 1-inch sensor with an f/1.75 lens and OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation) support and co-engineered by Zeiss optics. The setup also include 50-megapixel Sony IMX758 secondary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, and a 12-megapixel Sony IMX 663 ultrawide sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. For selfie lover, it has a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.

The Vivo X90 Pro is backed by a 4,870mAh battery with 120W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support. Company claim to charge up to 50 percent in just 8 minutes. It has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Talking about difference, Vivo X90 also has Zeiss branded triple cameras with a 50MP Sony IMX866 primary sensor with an f/1.75 lens, OIS, EIS, and LED flash. It also include 12-megapixel IMX663 portrait sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 2x optical zoom and 12-megapixel Sony IMX663 ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 32MP snapper on the front with f/2.45 for selfies and video calls.

The Vivo X90 back with a 4,810mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Vivo X90 price in India starts at Rs. 59,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, and the higher 12GB + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 63,999. It is offered in a single Legendary Black shade.

The Vivo X90 Pro, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 84,999 for the sole 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model. It will be available for purchase in Asteroid Black and Breeze Blue colour options.

Both handsets are available for pre-booking and will go on sale starting May 5 via Flipkart, Vivo online store, and other retail stores. The company is offering a flat Rs 8,000 instant discount using an HDFC credit/debit card transaction, up to Rs 8,000 exchange bonus, and up to 9-months no-cost EMI.
