Samsung has unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra along with Samsung Galaxy S24+ and Samsung Galaxy S24 in India. As expected, following multiple leaks and rumours, the new flagship smartphones include ‘Galaxy AI’, which brings a number of smart AI features to the phone which include Live Translate, Note Assist, and Circle to Search. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Specifications
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra sports a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO flat display with an adaptive refresh rate of 1Hz–120Hz and a 2600nits peak brightness and also supports HDR10+. The display panel is protected by a Gorilla Glass Armor. The phone runs on Android 14 out of the box, and Samsung promises to provide seven years of OS updates for the device, making it one of the longest-supported smartphones in the market.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which is the first 4nm processor in the world and offers up to 30% faster performance and 50% lower power consumption than its predecessor. The phone also comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for blazing-fast multitasking and data transfer.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra features a quad-camera setup at the back, consisting of a 200MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, an 85-degree field of view and optical image stabilisation (OIS) supports. The setup also include a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view, a 50MP telephoto lens with f/3.4 aperture, OIS support, and 5x optical zoom, and a 10MP periscope zoom lens with OIS and 3x optical zoom. The camera system also supports 8K video recording, 100x digital zoom, and laser autofocus. On the front, there is a 12MP selfie camera with dual-pixel autofocus and 4K video recording.

The device packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. The device also comes with a USB 3.2 port, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, a Bluetooth 5.3 module, WiFi 7 (depending on regions), WiFi 6E, and WiFi 5 connectivity options, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a titanium frame, an 8.6mm thickness, and a 233 gram weight.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra price in India starts at ₹1,29,999 for the 12GB+256GB storage variant, ₹1,39,999 for the 12GB+512GB option, and higher ₹1,59,999 for the 12GB+1TB variant. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is available in Titanium Gray, Titanium Black, Titanium Violet, and Titanium Yellow colour options. The pre-orders for the device will start from January 18 on Flipkart, Amazon and Official Website and the shipping will begin from February 10.
