On Thursday, September 14, 2023, Honor will launch the Honour 90 5G smartphone in India. Honor Tech in India manages the entire business. The handset’s key selling point is its quad-curved display, 200MP triple camera configuration, and 50MP selfie camera capable of shooting 4K video. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 66W wired SuperCharge technology and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.

The dual-sim phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC with an Adreno 644 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It has a 6.7-inch quad curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2664 x 1200 pixels), a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits. The phone is shipped with Android 13, which is based on Magic OS 7.1, and the manufacturer promises two years of major Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.
In terms of core features, the Honor 90 5G features a triple back camera arrangement with a 200-megapixel primary sensor and Honor Image Engine compatibility. A 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor with a macro lens are included in the system. It boasts a 50-megapixel selfie sensor for selfies and video calls.

The Honor 90 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that enables 66W wired fast charging. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication, as well as all other sensors. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C. Finally, the phone has dimensions of 161.9mm x 74.1mm x 7.8mm and weighs 183 grammes.

The phone will be available on Amazon starting September 18th in Diamond Silver, Emerald Green, and Midnight Black. The company also offers a Rs 3000 instant discount when you use an ICICI or SBI card, as well as a Rs 2000 exchange discount. Buyers will also be allowed to swap the handset within 30 days of purchase if necessary.
