Gaming smartphone Asus ROG Phone 7 and Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate has been launched in India. The ROG Phone 7 series is high-end specifications gaming centric smartphone that is comes with many gaming centric feature like air cooling. The phone packed with latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 165Hz AMOLED display, and a 6000mAh battery.

Both the handset is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with Adreno 740 GPU, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS4.0 internal storage. The phone run Android 13 based on ROG UI and Zen UI out of the box and company claimed 2 year of major OS update and 4 year of security update.
They feature a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (2448 x 1080) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 165Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz. The display panel offers up 1000nits of peak brightness and has a pixel density of 395 ppi. The display is HDR10+ certified and offers up to 1500nits brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Talking about camera, both the handset packed with triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and an 8-megapixel macro lens. For selfie and video chat it has a 32-megapixel sensor.
The phones back with 6,000mAh battery thats support 65W wired fast charging support. Connectivity options on the Asus ROG Phone 7 series include GPS, NFC, Bluetooth v5.3 and Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac/ax among others. The smartphones come also with an IP54 rating.

Asus ROG Phone 7 priced at Rs 74,999 for 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate will be cost Rs 99,999 for 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option. Both phones will be available in a Storm White colour variant. However, the base model is available in an additional Phantom Black colour.The phone will go on sale in May.
