iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo, has launched its latest smartphone, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, in India. The device boasts of some impressive features, such as a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 5160mAh battery with 120W fast charging, and a 50MP Sony IMX920 main camera.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro Specification
The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is the first 4nm processor in the world. The chipset offers a 20% performance improvement and a 30% power efficiency improvement over the previous generation. The device also comes with Adreno 740 GPU, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage (Higher variant) while base 8GB+128GB variant comes with UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on Android 14 out of the box, and promises three major OS updates and four years of security patches.
Talking about display, the smartphone iQOO Neo 9 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED display, which is made by Visionox and supports a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The display also features 1400nits HBM for full screen, 2160Hz PWM dimming, Q1 display chip, and 3000nits peak brightness. The display also supports wet touch technology, which allows users to operate the screen with wet fingers. This is the same display that are available in iQOO 12 in India.
Now comes to camera department, it has a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX920 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The main camera can capture 8K videos at 30fps, and 4K videos at 60fps. The front camera is a 16MP Samsung sensor, which supports face unlock and AI beautification.

The device packs a 5160mAh battery, which supports 120W wired charging and 65W PD charging. The device can be fully charged in just 15 minutes with the 120W charger, which is included in the box. The device also has a USB 2.0 Type-C port, which supports Type-C to Type-C cable.
The iQOO Neo 9 Pro comes with a host of other features, such as dual stereo speakers, X-Axis linear motor for haptics, in-display fingerprint scanner, IR blaster for remote control, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, also supports 11 5G bands.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro Pricing and Availability
The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is available in two color options: Fiery Red and Conqueror Black. The Fiery Red variant weighs 190 grams and has a thickness of 8.34mm, while the Conqueror Black variant weighs 196 grams and has a thickness of 7.99mm. The device comes in three memory variants: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB. The prices are as follows:

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro will go on sale from March 1, 2024, on iQOO’s official website and Amazon. The device will also be available offline at select Vivo stores and partner outlets.
